Video Rotation

I have a video of a night landing that was taken using a small hand digital camera. The quality is not great, but I'll keep it....

The issue is, the video was taken with the camera rotated 90* CCW and the whole thing plays back sideways. It's great if everyone cocks their head 90* to the left but I'm hoping there is a simple fix to reorientate it back to North Up (relatively speaking).

Anyone know of a free/cheap utility that'll do this?

I believe Windows Movie Maker (should be included with your Microsoft Windows) will handle it according to this thread:

iMovie on a mac is free and will easily rotate it.
