Now that we are back to the drugs in general a couple of general points:
- Dont buy it off the interwebs or under the table from a buddy. ED may be the result of something more serious like peripheral vascular disease, undiscovered diabetes, prostate problems etc. See a professional to check on those items and get a regular script. If you dont want your pharmacy benefits manager to have your ED scripts in their system, consider paying cash and dont have the pharmacy run your insurance card.
- If you are not comfortable talking to your regular doc about it, see a urologist or internist who specializes on this, every town has one. Again, if you dont want to run this visit through your health insurance, you can allways pay cash.
- As pointed out by the only poster with first hand experience, often lower doses will work as well or better than the higher doses. While the manufacturer tells you not to, it is entirely possible to chop the larger 100mg pills into smaller pieces, there are even pill-cutters available for that purpose (note: this is an off-label use, not endorsed by anyone, not recommended by myself, your mileage may vary, objects in mirror are closer than they appear this is not medical advice, I dont even know you)
- Involve your SO in the process. She already knows you have an issue, dont try to be mr studman without telling her, the results may not be what you expected.
- If you EVER end up in the hospital within a couple of days after taking one of the chemical helpers, make sure to let the first person in triage know that you have been taking the stuff. No time to be modest, it may mean the difference between life and death.
Enjoy !
