"Love my wiener dog" maybe? Just a guess. Those dachshund owners are a weird bunch.Driving around Chicago today we saw LUV MY WDG. Had an aviation themed plate frame. Anyone have any ideas? My wife and I haven't figured it out yet.
I went for something that identifies me to other pilots, but "civilians" have no clue what it is:
PPASEL
People probably say, "Boy, those guys who love APPLES sure get their letters mixed up!"
Saw one in Phoenix, must be a Star Trek fan: KHAAAAN
More likely he/she/it likes to play craps.Always wanted to ask him.. did he become an ace by shooting down 5 777s?
or is he an ace that happens to fly 777s...?
I just about choked when I spotted this one.
ok, I'll be the first old fart out of touch hayseed to say it ... I don't get it.
And google wasn't much help.
I wanted to get "CZI" for my wife's car. She likes the idea... I may have to do it.I'd like to get MNGD SPD for my Airbus loving wife, but I'm not sure if she'd find that dorky or not. I'm still on the fence about it.

I've had more than one person puzzling over my ham radio plates (WY0X) ask me if I was "from Wyoming or something".
Not kidding. Multiple.
Usually male. Usually in their 20s. Usually not looking like they were blessed with drinking from the fountain of knowledge, they just gargled a little.
Because it's only the cool kids that are into ham radio?
I've been told I'm a decently intelligent guy, I'd have no idea what WY0X refers to, probably wouldnt care enough or be bored enough to bother asking, and if I did and you said it was ham radio, you'd probably get a "ahh" and I'd go get lunch.
Frankly I don't get the appeal with ham and most of the ham folks I've met ranged from kinda odd to full blown secret squirrel types.
Being surprised when folks don't get your ham call sign, name, whatever, that's slightly past odd.
