Anyone here ever get cleared to fly the restricted airspace on the coast just west of Vandenberg?

Just flew through there / right over the runway two weeks ago... yep... just ask... they told me the space right around the launch facility is always hot but the rest of it is flyable when it isn't hot.

I wanted to take CAP cadets through there during their SLO encampment. Got told no. We had to settle for the pink centerline and big DC-10 fire tanker at Santa Maria.
