I have a Cessna T310R with the vacuum instruments removed. I'm trying to get the vacuum gauge to function now. The gauge has four connections: R,L,G,V. From what I understand R&L are for pulling in the red indicators showing the right or left vacuum pump has failed. G is for operating the gauge. Where do I attach the V port to? The Cessna repair manual only talks about a three port vacuum gauge.

Vacuum instrument PN: C668519-0101

I would think the process you used to remove those vacuum indicators from the aircraft would give instructions on this? Or is this a separate task you are trying to accomplish?
