You fly people too? For whom are you working then? Who holds that certificate? are you holding out?
You fly groceries for pay? To whom? Just anyone who'll pay you? Where's your operators permit?

The various operators who have or had USPS contracts have their own Part 135 certificate, it's part of the application process to obtain the contract.
