I completely forgot that he did that in his skit! What I did remember was him going through how to explain to people in poor countries what an "appetizer" was. "Oh, well...that's the food you eat before you eat the food".

I got to meet him briefly while I was at a convention in Las Vegas, he was the after dinner entertainment. His act was fantastic, I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time, and he seemed like a really great guy when I met him.

Boy, I've never seen John pinette before. He's funny.
 
Pinette is hilarious. His "signature" thing that he uses, "And I say nay nay!" has become a staple phrase around our house.

"The lawn needs mowed, but I say nay nay!" as Karen starts laughing.

My wife and I walked past this place while weekending in Toronto. Not really unusual, but fun name.
