When I read a NOTAM such as what follows, how do I find the location?

ECG AIRSPACE UNMANNED ROCKET WI AN AREA DEFINED AS 1NM RADIUS OF ECG252007.3 SFC-10000FT Above Ground Level

We’ll go to the ECG 252 @ 7.3 on your map and that’s were it’s at. On FF I’m showing a small red circle NOTAM just west of Nixonton.

Kind of obvious now, but you are saying the notation says go 7.3 miles out on the 252 radial from ECG, and then a 1 nm radius around that point.
