United breaks guitars AND loses luggage

This isn't that first incident. They screwed up again -- and I'm sure they put some effort towards resolving it for him.

He may not have had a choice of airlines. From KLNK to KDEN or KORD, I'm stuck with UAL. KLNK to KMSP, I only get to fly Delta/NWA.

I suppose I could drive to KOMA...but that adds another hour to the trip.
 
Did you folks catch the news that they found a guy/gal who were stealing luggage off the carousel... They had over a thousand bags in their home... It isn't always the airline losing it...

That was in Arizona. But I can still blame the airlines for poor security at the luggage carousel. how many times do you see the one piece of luggage going round and round as the only one left with no one watching it? Or for that matter the piles of luggage sitting between carousels? Any one can and often does walk away with it.
