Unable to get an operator at OKC

I received a request for more documents from AMCD a couple days ago, including a few things that I sent with my initial application, so I've been calling the AMCD division at the phone number at 954 4821. However, I cannot even get on hold, the phone tree just says that they have high call volume (clearly) and hangs up. Is there a different number to call or is this just really the state of things. Would the RFS be able to help?

Disregard, called my RFS and they picked up on the second ring!

Now to collect some documents...

OKC are good folks. Just over busy.

My local RFS folks are also super helpful and knowledgeable. And like you're experience, pick up the phone quickly. Even answer emails I've sent their way.
