For previous reports, my AME said to put, “As previously reported, no change.” But then (lol) to follow that with what it was that was previously reported. He said otherwise he just has to ask me and it takes (slightly) longer. To which I said (of course), “Understood and Will Do”.

And for the minor missed item from the Derm, just tell the AME that you forgot to add an entry from your Derm visit. Easy.

Your ame can add items you forgot. And your ame has to explain to the faa what 'prnc' means with a brief summary - which I ask applicant to provide, instead of prnc.

My AME had me put Previously Reported, No Change for everything that occured prior to the last medical.

The multiple visits for the same condition in a short period of time are just reported as a single event. I.e., "Treated by dermatologist is month/year for cyst removal".
