UAV's (again)

I can't find the thread on using UAV 's to patrol the border (perhaps it was somewhere else) - but it looks like the plan is to now include the US/Canada border -

I have to wonder if they will be flying through class bravo or underneath it where the chart says:
"Caution heavy VFR traffic below floor of class B airspace"
