Twin Comanche, vs Geronimo/Aztec, vs SkyMaster

A minimum post count should be required before you can give a flying hoot if someone necroposts or not. Also, there is the check mark you have to click stating u are aware it’s an old thread when you revive it. So there’s that. Ok back to giving a sht about important things, like the hockey playoffs and fixing that squeaky door at the house.

Since lazarus is up and walking around, my first thought was:

"How come people will seek out 337s specifically, but never along with other 200hp class twins like the typical seneca-twinkie-travelair-maybe-cougar hand-wringings?"

So I was excited for some fun reasoning...maybe there's still hope. :D

I simply find it amazing that a newcomber decides to seek particular threads, ignoring the "speedbumps" that the forum software puts in place for Necroposting, and carries on.

I would guess he was just Googling "Cessna 337" and one of the found links was to an old post on POA. I've had that happen, even as a member these days. Might even be how I got here in the first place.

Granted, you'd think the necro warning would be enough to stop most, and probably does. Is there any real legitimate reason to leave posts open for new replies after a certain time? After two years it gets auto-locked or something of the sort. I'm not sure how the forum software works and what options are available?
