good luck. the IA group i belong to has posts almost daily from A&P's looking for that thing. it really ****es me off that there is and AD on them and the manufacture can't supply the parts to comply.

I don't know about Piper specifically, but have seen several PMA clamps out there for turbo installs that are an alternate for the OEM part numbers. Perhaps look for an alternate?

A quick check brought this number up, 24540-300, as a possible alternate to your 65332 number. Perhaps contact the turbo OEM or the clamp OEM to confirm.

What Bell said. Call Ram and get their alternate clamp. Ain't cheap, but they have them.

You have a Rajay turbo. Rajay products have a PMA'ed clamp for a Rajay turbo, but the PMA is limited to STC installations. However, I have gotten a field approval for a Seneca II to use those. Should be the same turbo.

yeah - just put two on my Mooney. Not inexpensive, but at least available.
