new here just got the link to this board from a CFI . Back in 2005 i started to work my way to PPL but after about 4 or 5 lessons the school went out of business(up in PA) an i stopped my training , at 38 now after burning my eyes on youtube watching all this guys/girls posting their videos flying around on their own GA planes i now want to at least start up again to work my way up the PPL . im in the LA area for what i can see around me i think KEMT has a school that im intersted on my last lessons were on a DA20 and this guys have DA40s and 42s ... Im also thinking about buying my own plane and doing as much research as i can , looks like the aircraft onwnership is like on a boat the only 2 happy days are when you buy the darn thing and the day you sell it .....
