True Softfield Practice

This last year has not been a good flying year for me. However, this last week I was able to escape the bonds of earth and get a little pattern practice in....in 4" OF SNOW! It was my first true soft field landings and takeoffs. Fun!

I really regret that I didn't have a chance to take a pic. The snow was gone the next day. It was a rare opportunity.
