Who was it last time?

No names - but there was a user who would follow another user around and 1-star every thread he was in a while ago. Since pretty much all user A did was to harass user b in posts or in star ratings, we banned A. If that's who is being thought of - it's not the same account anyway.

I remember the harrassee, but not the harrasser. Could only be a handful of POADeleteds. lol
