Tragedy at Mackinac County (83D)

Very sad ending to a fun planned outing. Yes, it is very unforgiving when you make a mistake or miscalculation. What a tragedy for this family. :sad:
 
It sure seems to me with the winds reported as calm that a run towards the lake would have been a much better decision than trying to force it over the road?
