Thoughts on Apple's new products?

Mrs. Steingar just got a cellular iPad for $100 when she got her new phone. Me, I'll soldier on with the 5S phone until it goes obsolete, which it will eventually. I bought a phone in Guatemala for $20 that worked just fine.

Ok, Google has gone "good value" to "simply insane". My iPad Pro 10.5 256GB with Cellular was only $879. And it was overpriced.

You didn't see the origin for this thread?

The iPhone X whatever is also $1000.

The Pixel 2 XL will have an OLED screen which is where a good portion of the cost is.

I'll also get an (next gen) iPad Pro 10.5 like yours. You got the preferred customer deal of about 5% off. I saw that it's $920 at retail.

I'm seeing iPad Air retinas going on eBay for the $250-$300 range. Gotta do research to see why they're that cheap.
