When BA had trouble getting the London Eye fully upright, Branson had a banner plane fly around it with the banner "BA can't get it up".

Yes, but I don't often see their planes, especially up this close.

Oh, and I saw Singapore Airlines' air whale (sorry, Klyde) land at NRT, as well. Didn't have my camera out, so I didn't get a picture.

BA got the last laugh. That thing is like printing money now.

I took Virgin to Heathrow a couple of years ago. The Virgin gate was the absolute farthest away from the main terminal as possible. Made it a real bear getting in and our departing flight.
Whatever Branson can do to BA, he has my vote.
I only wish he'd buy Gatwick. It would teach BA a lesson.
