Things to do in Addison

Hello Everyone;
I am going to attend a conference at the Addison Crown Plaza hotel. I am wondering if there is anything to do within walking distance of the hotel?

Tons of strip mall food just north on Belt Line Road. And the Cavanaugh Flight Museum is at the airport.

May be a bit if a walk from there. Just over a half mile to Belt Line but just restaurants there. Airport and museum is a bit farther. Might see if there's a shuttle. If parking at an FBO, you might ask about a crew car or shuttle. Dallas/Addison is still a car oriented city except for a few places.
