View attachment 104529 Our runway was closed for 6 days because of ice and a little snow. Been real cold until a few days ago. Yesterday they got the runway clear of ice with skid loader’s and plow trucks.

My buddy and I helped clear our taxiway with my plow truck. We both flew today after 8 days of being grounded. It was a little bumpy…ok really bumpy so I didn’t fly long.

Things are getting back to normal around here. Come on spring!!

No. And why would anyone plow a runway? Cropland, sure. Runways? No one flies off skis any more other than the cool people at my home field?
