There I was, at 10,000 feet flat on my back...

2013 - DXR ATC vectored me directly into the path of a C-130. I was in a 172M and we missed each other by less than 50 feet.
I was doubly lucky as I passed over him and not under him.

The "Big Sky/Little Airplane" theory often works, but it's never pleasant when it's so close or when ATC tries to kill you. :)
