Back in my youth I actually tried to change a tire on an old Plymouth that had those. Not knowing what I was doing, I tightened the living crap out of a wheel and finally realized what the deal was.

This ranks right up there with putting the horn button at the end of the turn signal stalk on some old Fords. Experienced that the hard way, also when I borrowed my boss’s truck and had to blow the horn at somebody.

Been there, done that. Tried to change a tire on a '68 Dart and broke one off before I figured out what was going on.

I had a 65 mustang. The day I bought it, I drove it home from Coffeyville KS to Dallas.
I didn't know what this little doohickey was on the floorboard by my left foot but it was very satisfying to tap it as it made a nice clicking sound.
For 5 hours, I was flashing my headlights to the beat of the music.

I’m laying birdie in the middle of the fairway on a par 5 after my tee shot

I’ve been so depressed the last few days that I just stay at home, drinking hot cocoa, eating cookies, and coloring in my coloring books.
Hot Cocoa with Bailey's is awful.
