Been looking at house plans, as I want to build a new home.
Don't like any of them so far, and seen many.

Sigh. There are two movies at the theater right now that my wife and I want to see. One is TG2. Guess which one we're seeing tonight?

It’s actually a much wider date and model range.

I have yet to meet a mechanic who doesn’t have a key box that will access most airplanes.

I'll be the first to say it. Higher avgas prices are going to start cutting into my flying time. That or it's because my landing gear keeps breaking. Yeah, maybe that second thing. :(

Somewhat underimpressed by BAK's eggs Benedict, I decided to try my hand. Definitely got the rich, bold flavor I was looking for, but I need to work on my egg poaching procedure. I need to get up to the Jet Room and try the ones @Martin Pauly is always raving about.
 
It's odd that if discussing early retirement, some people get angry about the topic.
Yet they don't know why they are upset about someone considering early retirement.

really? I never heard of anyone getting angry about early retirement... jealous or envious, sure, but never angry.

I had a 3 way call this morning with my brother, his wife, and myself. They seemed very angry about me contemplating the sale of the farm, and retiring.
When asked why, neither could give me a reason.

No, not at all.
My now deceased brother in law bought it, and had a bunch of cattle, and some hay fields, it was just 2 sections then, or 1280 acres. My sister married him, and then it became their farm, and they had the daughter I raised as my own, although technically she is my niece. When my sister and brother in law drowned in a boating accident, I uprooted my own life, and moved far away from my home, to run the farm, and raise my girl. It sure wasn't my dream to run a farm, I planned to remain in the Yukon, and fly/truck/gold mine. Several years after inheriting the ranch, I purchased 4 more sections of land, greatly reduced the amount of cattle, and mostly grew crops, of which hay is the primary.
My daughter/niece doesn't want to keep it, or run a farm, we have discussed it at length. She is fine with me selling it if I choose.

Jealousy.

Which is a good indicator that you weren't really ready for retirement.... and/or didn't properly prepare to remain active doing interesting things.
