He's up to 40% scale.

I thought it would be pretty unstable with the center of mass that far above the center of lift without a lot of dihedral like several of his small scale prototypes had. He does have winglets so maybe that helps.
Anyway it looks stable enough with that model, but I wonder if a human rider will do as well. I'm sure someone will find a way to master it.
