Brook beat you to it by about 30 mins... It was pretty good, many of the points the author makes we have heard before, but he also made some new points. I thought the section on the accident rates for those that go on to advanced ratings was pretty interesting.
 
Thank you Steve. The book arrived the other week. I have just been uber busy, so sorry it took me so long to reply.
 
Ok I am done reading the book. I am ready to pass it on. 1st person to PM me with details gets it.
 
I finished this almost a month ago. I guess it's time I passed it along...

I'll also bust open the library and share a few. I just finished Bill Kershner's compilation of essays -- funny stuff!
