Anybody else ready for warmer weather?
You are right. If we had mountains here, this place might actually be pretty good for skiing. More than enough snow, that's for sure.Lots of snow but the skiing doesn't look too good.
Yeah, I chuckled when I saw that.Wish I could duplicate myself like you can when it comes time to shovel! 3 of me could get the job done much faster!
Oh, don't get me wrong - my Bonanza loves cold weather, too. Once I'm in the air, winter flying does have its advantages for sure.My 150 loves the cold weather.
That would be ideal.June, July and August can be rather unpleasant here, but shoveling snow doesn't seem enjoyable either. Maybe we all need a summer flying home and a winter flying home.
That would be ideal.
I have vacationed in SW Florida a few times during the summer, and while it's not perfect, I think I'd rather put up with that kind of weather for three or four months than arctic winters. Best case: have a summer and a winter home, like you said.
Yeah, but you have beans. And corn. Lots of corn. My GF is from Iowa. You are right. If we had mountains here, this place might actually be pretty good for skiing. More than enough snow, that's for sure.
