Well yes, provided they are qualified and willing to ACT as PIC while you are flying the plane (and provided you and they agree that they will be PIC for the flight).

...which means they will be in charge of and have final say over the operation of your airplane. You probably also want to make sure they are acceptable as PIC to your insurer, and that your insurer will allow them to be PIC from the right seat.
