He's saying that we're a big city... with lots of folks freshly moved in from other big cities that aren't in TN.... He's kind-of not wrong.

I don't know of anyone at John Tune that instructs tail-wheel. I thought one of the CFI operators at BNA used to have a Decathlon or Super Decthalon - not sure if it is still there.
