We are a group of pilots who want to set up a new holiday resort just for pilots. I had no idea Germany was in the tropics.

It was a quick survey. They aren't going to like the answers I gave. But I'm not interested in resorts as a destination anyway.

Dummkopf idea. Pilots already have a holiday resort. The "pilot's lounge" in Jet Aviation at Teterboro.

The survey software was all in German. I'm guessing it was some Krauts who are behind this survey.

Not sure about that. I think GA is so expensive that regular participation over there is unaffordable even to the relatively well off. So blowing a big wad of money for one week of vacation with GA planes is reasonable(to them.) Kinda like bareboating, get to play rich airplane guy for a week, although other people play at being poor airplane guys all year round for similar amounts of money.
