SUA controlling agency frequency

Why do some SUA's list a controlling agency but no frequency for said agency. While others list both controlling agency and frequency?

Can you give some examples of which ones you are having an issue with?

I can find the frequency. Was more a curiosity why the controlling agency is listed, but no frequency given.

Take your example. Atlanta Center, just too many possibilities on what controller and what frequency that may be using that day to cover that area?

Also if military aircraft the controller probably using UHF band also.
