Hi thought i would say hi as i am new to the boards and flying I'm 29 wife and 5yr old daughter who loves planes to. I take her to KPVD and want to take her to KBOS as well to watch the planes, I don't have any hours yet, But i will be doing most of my ground school at home, Using various websites and materials, My goal is to minimize cost like anyone on a budget. I plane on going to Horizon Aviation (http://www.horizonaviation.com/) @ KPVD, Seems they are very good with pay as you fly kind of training, I am guessing i would fly the Cessna 152 as it will be the cheapest. But here i am and love every aspect of learning to fly.
