Looks pretty awesome!! Not necessarily for flying, but I could see setting it up on a small supermoto track, or something....

For $400+, I'll pass, though.

Keep in mind, the first consumer model is always pricey. Once a competitor or two enters the space, you might be happier with price.

3 years ago, I attended a demonstration of the FreeFlight Rangr ADS-B solution. That model at that time (one of the few available to us) was priced around $9000. Now the latest iteration can be had for less than $4000.

That's a given. But as I said...at that price point, no chance of me buying one. If they go down, maybe.
 
I saw a youtube of a drone that would follow you, biking, skiing, whatever. Probably keep up to an ultralight. I'm sure someone will try. :-(

I bet most LEOs are standing in line for drones. Going to be many court cases before the 'air' boundary is settled.

I'd love to see my form running my bike through a curve. Or see what my landing looks like from the outside. Lots of applications that have nothing whatsoever to do with narcissism. And some that do.

Golfers film their swings, swimmers film their strokes, football and basketball teams film themselves and their opponents. I film my flights for my own benefit. Not because I like watching myself, but because I like being able to go back and see what I did well or badly. Being able to watch this from an external viewpoint could be immensely helpful.
