I had a PM asking why I am selling. I have had a great 13 years with the plane and am moving on with stone sculpture and have been doing massive traveling and plan to do more as soon as this CV gets moderated. It has been fun curating the plane and just wanted to sell it to someone who wanted the adventure. Price -- not trying to make a killing, would rather it move quickly and keep flying. Planes do not like to sit.

I would dearly love for it to go to someone starting their flying adventure as I did not look at it as an investment, but a portal for my wife and I to be able to see from a different perspective, and to meet a great bunch of folks on the forums and others we have met through flying.

Trite ... perhaps but for us the truth.

You don't own a 172 to go fast, but that doesn't mean you can't go far and enjoy the journey.

I'm happy with my Zodiac LSA, but now that I'm flying with BasicMed a 180 hp 172 is very tempting. This one looks very nice.

Good aircraft don’t remain on market long.

Patrick is a great seller and has taken care of this airplane like it was one of his children. Absolutely a fine aircraft and she now can call Idaho her new home. Thanks again Pat!

Congratulations, Doug. Spoke to Patrick via telephone yesterday... a wonderful man. Safe and enjoyable skies!
