The amount of stupidity that is prevailing in the world is past phenomenal and even unbelief. This insanity is much like the woman suing an insurance company because she may have contracted a STD from her boyfriend by her consensual act in an automobile that wasn't hers. :rolleyes1::rolleyes2::rolleyes1::rolleyes2::dunno:

I thought only federal law applies while in the air although I have seen state assault charges filed for passengers fighting.
