Why is Sleep Apnea not listed on FAA Form 8500 and if a AME goes strictly by the form, how do they inquire about Sleep Apnea?

On the AME’s computer there is an entire page about sleep apnea and we have to select one of six options regarding sleep apnea risk or diagnosis/treatment based on the interview. Your AME will ask you.
