In wa. with the proper licensing it is legal, I have the solarium, grow trays, lights.
Why not? I don't use it, so I won't be my best customer.

Held: Congress’ Commerce Clause authority includes the power to prohibit the local cultivation and use of marijuana in compliance with California law. Pp. 6—31.
No, you should open up a hydroponic shop to sell supplies to the people that do though. I'm convinced that's where the money is.
In denver there's a supply store open 24/7

Given the advice in the thread link here was so far off, I'd do some research before following the advice above: http://www.pilotsofamerica.com/foru...159&highlight=synthetic+marijuana#post1819159Definitely, easy to grow and a good cash crop. Cloning is a very simple process, but if you grow from seed you need to separate out male plants to prevent seeding. If you let them develop seeds you won't be able to market the bud. You want both Mercury and sodium lights.
actually, skip the shop and get an ATM and place it in the lobby of other shops.Or a high end head shop.
I bow to your superior business acumenactually, skip the shop and get an ATM and place it in the lobby of other shops.

As mentioned above, it isn't legal, the laws are merely not being enforced. Also, I think the OP is an FAA certified A&P? Since the certification is federal, could they take the certification away if they found you were growing the stuff?
My opinion is the natural stuff is benign and I don't care if some else enjoys it as long as they are sober at work.
pot is the new gold rush. just like the 49ers none of the miners are getting rich, it's the people selling them what they need making the money IMOI bow to your superior business acumen

Actually, the people who REALLY make legal money off the pot shops are Girl Scouts. They set up just outside, selling cookies.....actually, skip the shop and get an ATM and place it in the lobby of other shops.
Yeah but they're a nonprofit.Actually, the people who REALLY make legal money off the pot shops are Girl Scouts. They set up just outside, selling cookies.....

The pot shops are cash only,
It's a federal crime. Go for it.
WHAT------- do plants have balls or boobs???Definitely, easy to grow and a good cash crop. Cloning is a very simple process, but if you grow from seed you need to separate out male plants to prevent seeding. If you let them develop seeds you won't be able to market the bud. You want both Mercury and sodium lights.
I carry nothing but cash. It's not unusually to have a minimum $500 in my pocket at any given time. No credit cards.Yeah but they're a nonprofit.
I guess I could go buy 1000 boxes of GS cookies and resell them at a profit, I'd probably get in trouble somehow for doing so.
I think you discredit the ATM too quickly. The pot shops are cash only, you make $3 per transaction and who has $100 cash on them these days?
because that's the norm, not the exception....I carry nothing but cash. It's not unusually to have a minimum $500 in my pocket at any given time. No credit cards.
figure out how they're doing it, come to CO and open up a credit union or whatever they're doing. Not in Washington. Credit cards...........just like going into Safeway.
I've never seen it, so I wouldn't know a bud from a stem.
Unfortunately, the same was true of an Arkansas cop a few years ago. Arrested a woman for growing pot in a flower pot in her house. Turned out to be a hibiscus.
It's still against federal law, even in states that allow it. The feds have not been pursuing such cases, but that could change at any time. Seems a high in potential to generate personal woe in addition to income...
CO state tax authority are awash in pot tax revenue. The state has gained a decent rep as a place to take a stoner break, or vacation. Guessing WA is going to have a similar situation when things get going well.
I don't imbibe, but as long as there are folks willing to toke up, and not become a burden to the treasury, it's fine with me. Sadly, the way the govt works, many of them do become a drain on the treasury.
If you do decide to become a pot farmer your banker won't like you anymore.
Legalization is up for a vote in my state. After every state has legalized it, who are they going to pursue?
State law does not overrule federal law.
Some states act like it does.
