Sending medical records package to CAMI

Had my exam with an AME, my certification is deferred, he gave me this address as to where to send my medical records to; to have them received and reviewed by CAMI. Is there anyone I should address specifically on the package so they receive
It directly? Such as a flight surgeon?

That's the exact address I sent all my records to and everything was received and scanned in. You're good

After an issue the only way they would accept mine was via fax.

To confirm:

A total of 55 pages of Medical Records HAD to be faxed to CAMI.

AME ( not Friday) did not send. I did.

His staff sorta forgot to send!
