Is seborrheic dermatitis something that should be listed under item 18 other illnesses, disability, surgeries etc. My dermatologist said I have it but I rarely have to use any shampoos, (greater than 6 months since last use). So I probably don't have to list it as a medication. Are there any Medical certificate concerns?
