Seattle ARTCC sector boundaries

Here's a question for any pilots who interact with Seattle ARTCC (ZSE) or Oakland ARTCC (ZOA). Attached are maps of the low-altitude sector boundaries of ZSE as of July 14, 1999 (by courtesy of Willamette Aviation) and of ZOA as of March 10, 1988 (by courtesy of the FAA).

Does anyone know where I can find the equivalent maps, with the boundaries that were in effect as of November 24, 1971? Or alternatively, any FAA document that affirms that the sector boundaries were the same in 1971 as shown in these maps? Many thanks.

Here's a question for you flyers in the Seattle, WA, area. Attached is a map of the low-altitude sector boundaries of Seattle ARTCC (ZSE) as of 1999. Does anyone know where I can find the same map, dated 1971? Many thanks.

I found a Jepp Low chart that shows the same in Oct 1980. I think Great Falls Center was closed and Salt Lake absorbed it around 1976. I’d guess that boundaries with Seattle wouldn’t have changed. Good luck. I’m guessing you might have to go FOIA again. But try calling Seattle Center. Someone may find find some old stuff lying around for you.

Many thanks. I have submitted a FOIA request. I thought of calling Seattle Center but I'm in England with an 8-hour time difference. By chance does anyone have an email address for Seattle Center? (It's not on the FAA website.)
