Avgas is Expensive! We found a great place to fly and save money on fuel. Sherman Municipal Airport. Nice airport and great facilities, not to mention, one of the most active Experimental Aircraft Groups around!
Yep, Sherman is a fantastic cheap fuel stop, just a nice little airport.
McKinney TKI? Man that place has grown, it’s not even recognizable from when I started flying lessons there in October, 1984. It’s good progress though!
