Rules of Conduct - New member question

This is my first post -- although I've been lurking for about a week because I've been home from work sick and bored.

I tried to be a good little new member and read the "Rules of Conduct", but I noticed the link is dead. http://www.pilotsofamerica.com/forum/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_faq_rules_of_conduct

Does this mean there are no rules here?
