Ha I remember when he was the CFI for Flight Simulator 2000 and 2004 I believe. Grew up playing those a ton and was quite familiar with his voice.

Have both private pilot and instrument books. Not autographed, but he did instruct one night when I was taking my instrument ground school at Long Beach City College many many moons ago..

Let it be known that now no one can say that Rod Machado doesn't know Jack.

Still keep them in my bed side shelve... though I have not cracked them in years.. I think there are some new editions out.
