Renting your aircraft

There is the leaseback which is a full contract type thing, but you get into all kinds of insurance issues if you just outright rent a vehicle to another person. This is true with both planes and cars.

2. Dual only for tailwheel, intro flights, basics and proficiency
3. Yes. No-one else is currently insured to instruct in it.
4. Not necessarily, but I reserve the right to refuse service if I don't feel comfortable.
