Just removed some parts for an avionics upgrade:
VSI that goes to 6000fpm possibly original from 1953 $50
T&B vacuum driven $40
RC Allen attitude indicator RCA22-7
Garmin 250xl with tray, connectors and card $1000

Complete vacuum system, wet pump, oil separator, regulator, etc...

All were working with no issues.

Looks like I don't need an AI after all. The inlet hose was old and kinked, not letting enough air through to keep the gyro spun up to speed.
