Dumb question...I'm such a dude.

Does red plaid match with khakis, or should I go with black slacks?

Show photos if you can, but khakis more or less go with anything. What is the event? Work, dinner?

Khaki Dockers go with just about anything.

Though, if this for a job interview I think I might avoid pink. :)

Its work, and I am actually out the door now, so I'll skip the pics, unfortunately. I tried, but couldn't get a decent angle anywhere outside of a mirror, and its too dark to get a good pic in the mirror.

I appreciate the advice, guys, and I hope I don't look silly. lol

Red plaid can go with either khakis or black slacks. Generally it will look better with the khakis but if the darker color of the red plaid is blue then do not use the black pants, if it is black then you can use the black paints.

I think I am channeling Mr. Blackwell! ;)

With Nick living so close to Mexico I think he was taking a page from the Spanish plural grouping. If a mixed group you still refer to the whole group as males. :D

Nothing to do with New Mexico.

I like the plaid part...

I wonder if she has an astigmatism?

Thankfully Nick's wardrobe malfunction is resolved. Here I was thinking Nick was asking does the kilt go over or under khakis?

Nick, If it is just to go flying. Why does it matter? You will be alone won't you? Bob

 Maybe the pantyhose would be OK, but what about the Gartered ones, that is a little far out for this old guy!

Nick,

Leave the Man Bag at home too.

:D

Well....you are a "guy" in Missouri, especially on the St. Louis side! (where I grew up)

"Guys" is commonly accepted here as a unisex term. A "gal" will typically tell a group of her girl friends "see you later, guys".

It's been that way here as long as I can remember...which is at least last week!

No, he wore jeans, but when I tried to imagine Nick in plaid and khakis, that is EXACTLY who I thought of!!!

When I worked at T-Mobile, I often wore plaid and jeans, any my nickname was Al Borland.

Especially when I had the full beard.
