[rant]Virtual Spin Class[/rant]

Well, this morning two of my women joined me for a ride through the Bavarian alps, plus a third that was not one of my women. So there were four of us. Next week, another one of my women might join in as well.

The ergonomics of those toe clip pedals are so bad, I can only ride wearing bike shoes. I pulled a calf on last week's ride standing on my toes.

So you're saying if your virtual spin is in the wrong direction, you'll have a hard time kicking enough rudder on one side to stop it? ;-)

I was not trying to "turn" Sac, just playing the carrot-on-the-stick game.

I the real world, back when I used to run 5K and 10Ks, my race strategy was generally pretty simple. Find someone that was easy on the eyes, that had a slightly faster pace than I did, and spend the next 3.1 - 6.2 miles earning a new PR.

I believe the term is "Pace Hottie"
