[rant]Nut Mining[/rant]

Am I the only one that thought this was going to be some sick story about hookers earning a living ? :eek::p:cool:
 
I love cashews. Peanuts are the deer crap of nuts. Good in chocolate but that's about it.
 
It's not that I dislike either peanuts or cashews, I just like them less than I like the other nuts. Maybe it's because technically neither are nuts.

I don't know if he said they were similar in taste. He did say that deer crap and peanuts were good in chocolate.
 
In a technical sense, yes, as all that remains is a quarter jar of cashews and peanuts. The consumption rate of the remaining is asymptotic.

Any differences of opinion, you might as well go argue politics on FB, you're more likely to change someone's opinion there, LMAO!
 
Black Walnuts are far and away my favorite but buying them in the store is cost prohibitive and cracking them yourself is a real b***h.

8. Pine nuts
7. Pistachios
1. Pecans
9. Cashews
2. Walnuts
4. Macadamia nuts
3. Almonds
6. Peanuts
5. Brazil (yuck)

And #10: Grape Nuts.

One caveat about almonds - I do not like plain unsalted almonds. Blue Diamond seasoned almonds, however, rock.

Neither does anyone else. Wanna sound smart? Just drop "It's a legume, actually." in any conversation.
 
Cashews are the prize,
Peanuts & Brazil nuts are the filler.
Everybody knows that. ;)
