1948 is my guess, but I have no basis for that guess really
 
1943-1946...has to be before the Air Force was formed because they only talk about Army pilots. I'd guess it's toward the end of that spectrum, though.
 
Early '40s is my guess. The literature reads like a promotional advertisement. The mention of flying for the Brits plus the pricing suggest circa 1940.
 
I'm guessing before WWII... say 1935.
 
You guys are good, I was interested to see how much things have not changed in some ways, how much others have (prices).

That must have been early 1941, because I'll bet that there wasn't much of that kind of flying promotion, outside of joining the service, during WW2.

That's the year I was born. And remember, Pearl Harbor didn't occur until December of that year.
